Information we collect
When you submit our inquiry form, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number (if given), the student and school, the course or test, your availability, a preferred tutor, and any notes. If you apply to tutor, we collect the information in the application form.
How we use your information
We use this information only to respond to your inquiry, match you with a tutor, schedule tutoring, and provide our services. Tutor applications are used only to evaluate candidates for our team.
Service providers
We use TutorCruncher to manage scheduling, invoicing, payments, and session management for enrolled clients. Our forms are processed through Netlify and protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We share information with these providers only as needed to operate the service.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising.
Data retention
We keep inquiry and client information for as long as needed to provide tutoring and meet our records and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
