demand, enrollment, reporting needs, and desired support level.
Partnerships draw from our current academic support services in mathematics, physics,
SAT/ACT preparation, AP courses, and related offerings. Final availability is
confirmed during consultation and matching.
Partners receive monthly utilization reporting. Power BI Dashboard Options and
quarterly reviews can be included based on partnership structure.
After agreement and setup, tutoring typically begins once a referral is received and
a tutor match is confirmed. Timelines are finalized during implementation planning.

approved times depending on student availability, school procedures, and partnership

Yes. A partnership may begin with one school or support students across multiple
schools within a district.
Yes. A focused pilot can be structured around one school, subject area, semester,
student group, or defined tutoring allocation.
Tutors are evaluated based on subject knowledge, communication ability, reliability,
professionalism, and fit with the student population and partnership needs.
Referral, scheduling, communication, and reporting procedures are established during
implementation. The partnership agreement should define permitted information
sharing, access controls, consent requirements, record handling, and applicable
privacy responsibilities.
