Ongoing Weekly Support
Consistent one-on-one tutoring with the same tutor that helps a student stay current throughout the semester rather than catching up at the end of it.
Flexible tutoring built around demanding academic and athletic schedules.
Practices, competitions, travel, recruiting obligations, and missed instructional time make it difficult for student-athletes to stay consistently on top of demanding coursework. We provide one-on-one online tutoring scheduled around those commitments, for a single athlete or an entire program.
For most student-athletes this is not a question of ability. It is a question of time, consistency, and getting the right help at the right moment during a season.
The same tutoring we provide to every student, scheduled around an athlete’s season.
Consistent one-on-one tutoring with the same tutor that helps a student stay current throughout the semester rather than catching up at the end of it.
Targeted support when a student begins falling behind, hits a difficult unit, or needs to recover after coursework missed during travel.
Help with AP, honors, and college-level courses, including calculus, statistics, physics, economics, and AP humanities.
SAT, ACT, and AP exam preparation covering mathematics, English, reading, and testing strategy.
Sessions are online and can be scheduled around practices, competitions, travel, and school obligations, subject to normal tutor availability.
Subject coverage varies by tutor. See the full subject list or the subjects available through school partnerships.
Coaches and athletic directors do not need to become tutoring coordinators. You can hand off the academic side and stay focused on your program. In most cases, a short email or a phone call with the student’s name and course is enough for us to take it from there.
Coaches are not expected to fund or administer tutoring. Support can be arranged directly with a family, funded by a school or athletic department, or included in a broader partnership. We will talk through whichever arrangement fits your situation.
Strong academic performance and completion of appropriate coursework matter for athletes pursuing college opportunities. We help students stay on track in the courses that support those goals, including core mathematics and science, AP and honors classes, and SAT or ACT preparation.
Eligibility and compliance determinations remain with the student, their school counselor, the NCAA Eligibility Center, and collegiate compliance staff. We do not determine eligibility, provide compliance services, or advise on NCAA rules.
Online, one-on-one, and scheduled around the season rather than against it.
Four steps from a referral to consistent support.
After sessions, tutors document what was covered and what they recommend working on next, so families stay informed. Schools and athletic departments that set up a formal partnership can also receive utilization and participation reporting, described on the program page.
This page covers the athletics use case. If you are evaluating broader academic support across a school or district, including referral workflows, intervention programs, and administrative reporting, start with our School Partnerships overview or review the administrator resources.
Whether one student needs help getting back on track or your program is looking for a more consistent academic-support option, we can discuss what would make sense for your athletes.
